Nhằm  đáp ứng một mối quan hệ tốt đẹp giữa công ty và người lao động với mục đích thoả măn nhu cầu ngày càng cao của khách hàng. Công ty dệt may Thắng Lợi - cam kết thực hiện trách nhiệm Xă hội theo tiêu chuẩn SA 8000 như sau :

1. Cam kết phù hợp với tất cả yêu cầu của tiêu chuẩn SA 8000 ; 1997

2. Cam kết phù hợp với luật lệ Quốc gia, văn kiện Quốc tế, yêu cầu khác mà công ty tán đồng.

3. Cam kết liên tục cải tiến

Policy Of Social Responsibility

In order to have a good relationship among the company and labourers with the purpose of satifying higher customer demands, Thang Loi Textile Garment company accept to implement social responsibilities following SA 8000:

1. Pledge to be suitable with all requests of SA 8000 standard, 1997.

2. Pledge to be suitable with laws, international documents, other requests that the company accepts and agree.

3. Pledge to improve continuously.
